I got into mental health out of my passion for helping others. I believe everybody has a story to tell and

needs to be heard and everyone has unique needs. My practice model emphasizes the need of giving

patients enough time to tell their story and figuring on the help they need together with patients. I offer

welcoming and laidback sessions to my clients with treatment plans that are evidence-based, practical

and strive to improve patient health outcomes. Everyone deserves to live healthy lives that allow them to

reach their greatest potential. I believe that finances should never be a barrier to receiving quality

healthcare and our staff can work with you to explore your financial options to receive mental

healthcare.

My passions are in mental health, addiction medicine, nature and sports. You can find me connecting

with nature during my hikes. I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric and Mental Health NP (PMHNP-BC) with

over ten years’ experience in healthcare in various roles.
